And then life goes on

Gemert, 25 July 2023 | Exactly one month ago, our Erik passed away. On July 8th, family, friends, acquaintances, partners, relations and we at Van Dijk Groep said goodbye to him. His funeral was a beautiful tribute: we expressed our admiration for the way he stood in life and how he gave colour to the lives of many and to Van Dijk Groep.

The bereaved found it heartwarming that many came to personally pay their last respects to Erik and shared their fondest memories on the website.

And then life goes on. Step on the gas! Because that’s how Erik would have wanted it. The holidays are just around the corner, so it is time to enjoy intensely with friends and family. Van Dijk Groep then continues without Erik, but with the same drive and passion for construction and real estate. Our independently operating divisions and companies will continue to do what they do so well. Who will take over Erik’s tasks will become clear in the coming period. In any case, we are setting our course for great ambitions, sustainable growth, fruitful partnerships and great successes.
