Request for sponsorship

If your foundation wishes to claim a contribution from the Hendrik van Dijk Fund, you can submit a request for this via: info@hendrikvandijkfonds.nl.

We would like to receive the following information:

• Short description of your foundation
• Project plan including budget
• Financial details
• Contact information

Two or three times a year, all applications are assessed and we invite a few parties to our office in Gemert for an introductory meeting and further explanation of the project.
